How long will my She Shop hair last?
With proper care and maintenance, the Luxury Raw collection can last up to 2 years.
Can I color & style this hair?
Yes, our 100% human hair that can be colored, lifted, and heat styled. When styling with heat, we recommend not exceeding 450 degrees.
How many bundles will I need for a full install?
The number of bundles you will need depends on the style and look you are trying to achieve. If you want to create a look that is short to medium in length, we suggest two bundles. For a fuller install, 3 bundles are ideal. Remember, the longer the length, the thinner the bundle, so for straight sleek styles, we suggest 3-4 bundles. Each of our bundles weighs 3.5 oz.
How do I prep my hair for my installation?
We recommend that you thoroughly shampoo and deep condition your hair before any installation. If you have excessive buildup, we suggest using a clarifying shampoo. If you are still unclear on what to do, we recommend seeking the help of a licensed professional.
Can I get a refund or a return my She Shop purchase?
At this time, we are unable to grant refunds. All sales are final.
